1.Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DripPad.fund, including the website, the faucet, the creator launchpad, and related features (together, the "Service"), operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("DripPad.fund", "we", "us").
By connecting a wallet, signing a message, claiming from the faucet, launching a token, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2.Eligibility and restricted jurisdictions
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
You may not use the Service if you are located in, or a resident or national of, any country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions, or if you are on any sanctions or restricted-party list. You may not use the Service where doing so would violate the laws that apply to you. You are responsible for knowing and following those laws.
3.Description of the service
The Service consists of:
- Faucet: a pool that pays a small, one-time amount of selected Solana tokens to eligible wallets to help onboard new users.
- Creator launchpad: a tool that helps you create a token on Pump.fun and lock its creator fees into a fixed 70/30 split between the faucet wallet and the treasury.
- Buyback and burn: the treasury's share of creator rewards is used to buy $DRIP on the open market and permanently burn it.
Amounts, supported tokens, limits, and features may change at any time without notice.
4.No investment advice
Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. $DRIP and tokens launched through the Service are not offered as investments, and we make no promise about their value, liquidity, or future performance. Buybacks and burns are not a guarantee of price support.
You are solely responsible for deciding whether to acquire, hold, launch, or trade any digital asset.
5.Wallets and self-custody
The Service is non-custodial. We never hold your private keys, seed phrase, or funds. You are responsible for the security of your wallet and for every message and transaction you sign. Blockchain transactions are irreversible; we cannot cancel, reverse, or refund them.
6.Faucet rules and anti-abuse
- Each wallet may claim from the faucet once. Each person may use one wallet.
- Claims are paid while funds last and are subject to rate limits and a daily budget. Submitting a claim does not guarantee payment.
- Using multiple wallets, bots, scripts, VPNs or proxies to get around limits, or any other attempt to game the faucet, is prohibited.
- We may deny, delay, or cancel any claim, and block any wallet or network, at our sole discretion, including where we suspect abuse.
Faucet payouts have no cash value and may not be exchanged with us for anything.
7.Token launches
- You are solely responsible for the tokens you launch, including their name, ticker, image, description, and links. You must own or have the rights to all content you submit, and it must not be unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or offensive.
- Tokens are created on Pump.fun, and Pump.fun's own terms apply to them. We do not control Pump.fun.
- Every launch locks the token's creator fees into a 70/30 split between the faucet wallet and the treasury. This split is enforced on chain and can never be changed, including by you or by us.
- Network fees, Pump.fun creation costs, the fee-lock cost, and any dev buy are paid by you and are non-refundable, even if a launch fails or a token loses value.
- We may hide or decline to display any launched token on the Service at our discretion.
Launching a token through the Service does not make us its issuer, promoter, or sponsor.
8.Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- break any law, or use the Service for fraud, money laundering, or sanctions evasion;
- launch tokens that impersonate others, mislead buyers, or are part of a pump-and-dump, rug pull, or other scheme;
- attack, overload, scrape, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure;
- exploit bugs or vulnerabilities instead of reporting them to us;
- imply that DripPad.fund endorses you or your token, or use our name or logo without permission.
9.Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties, including the Solana network and RPC providers, Phantom, Pump.fun, Jupiter, and Cloudflare. We do not control them and are not responsible for their availability, security, fees, or conduct. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
10.Risks
Using blockchains and digital assets carries significant risk, including:
- extreme price volatility, and the chance of losing everything you put in;
- smart contract bugs, exploits, and failures of networks or third-party services;
- congestion, failed transactions, and changing network fees;
- regulatory changes that could restrict or end the Service or affect digital assets.
You accept these risks when you use the Service.
11.Disclaimers of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted, error-free operation. Data shown on the Service, such as balances, market caps, and burn statistics, may be delayed or inaccurate.
12.Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DripPad.fund and its operators, contributors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, tokens, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.
13.Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DripPad.fund and its operators from any claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Service, the tokens you launch, or your breach of these Terms or of any law.
14.Changes to the service and these terms
We may change, pause, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
15.Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of [JURISDICTION], unless applicable law requires otherwise.
